On the shores of Lake Paola, immersed in the Circeo National Park, located in the heart of the Pontine and about 90 km south of Rome and 25 km from Latina Sabaudia are also known as a holiday destination chosen by many celebrities from the world of entertainment and culture.

Bordered on the east by Pontinia, Terracina, south, east and north, and San Felice Circeo Latina, born in 1934 thanks to the work of reclamation of the Pontine Marshes desired by the fascist government in order to create an ideal place for a holiday dedicated to tourism luxury.

The city is often the subject of studies by architects and planners who come from all over the world to observe the linear shapes of buildings, wide streets and squares, bright and open.

The tower 42 meters high and built on the Piazza del Comune, is a reference to the entire city and its inhabitants. The national pattern is also noticeable in other buildings around the square such as: The House of Fascism, the OND, Film and the hotel.

Among the monuments and sites of interest include, in addition to the tower, the church of the Santissima Annunziata, with its baptistery and the Post Office building.

Along the shores of Lake Paola (Sabaudia or) to visit is the church of Santa Maria della Sorresca dating from the twelfth century and the Villa of Domitian, the Roman period.

Many journalists, artists and intellectuals such as Pier Paolo Pasolini, Alberto Moravia, Dacia Maraini dedicated to Sabaudia the setting in many of their stories.
